Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the things people ask before kicking off a project with us.
We design and build modern software for African businesses — cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter), web apps, Zoho One customisations and integrations, e-commerce, and bespoke internal tools. If it runs on a phone, a browser, or the cloud, we can build it.
We follow our Imagine, Design, Build framework. We start with a discovery conversation, refine your idea into a clear scope, ship visual prototypes for approval, and then build in iterations so you see progress every couple of weeks.
Yes. We are a Zoho-focused partner in Nairobi and configure Zoho CRM, Desk, Creator, Books, Inventory, People and the wider Zoho One suite. We also integrate Zoho with M-Pesa, payment gateways, accounting tools, and custom APIs.
A simple MVP can be delivered in 6 to 10 weeks. A polished production app with backend, admin and integrations typically takes 3 to 5 months. We give you a clearer estimate after the discovery call.
Smaller, well-scoped projects are quoted at a fixed price. Longer-running work is delivered on a monthly retainer with an agreed roadmap. Zoho support is offered as a monthly plan — see the Pricing page for indicative ranges.
Yes. We offer ongoing support and maintenance plans that cover bug fixes, security patches, hosting management, and small feature work. Most clients choose a monthly plan so the platform keeps evolving with their business.
Our team is based in Westlands, Nairobi, and we work with clients across Kenya and the wider region. We are very comfortable with remote engagements over Slack, Zoho Cliq, email and weekly video catch-ups.
You do. Source code, design files and infrastructure access are transferred to you at the end of the engagement. We can continue to host and operate it for you under a support plan, or hand everything over to your in-house team.
