You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission. The "Coders Africa" name and logo are trademarks of Coders Africa.
We do our best to keep information on the Site accurate and current. We do not warrant that everything is free of errors or that the Site will be available without interruption. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative; a binding quote is provided in writing as part of an engagement.
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Coders Africa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, revenue, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
