The challenge

• Subscribers paid manually each month, often missing renewals and falling offline.
• Support staff handled every billing, package change and renewal by phone or WhatsApp.
• There was no single view of a subscriber's plan, payments, tickets and devices.

What we built

• 1Built a Next.js customer portal where subscribers can pay, change plans, view usage and raise tickets without calling.
• 2Integrated M-Pesa STK Push and Daraja Express for one-tap renewals, with auto-reconnect on payment success.
• 3Wired the portal into Zoho CRM, Books and Desk so a single subscriber record drives sales, finance and support.
• 4Deployed on a hardened VPS behind Cloudflare with PM2 process management and Apache reverse proxy.
